In my professional journey, I've cultivated a diverse skill set in business administration, real estate, and insurance, driving success through critical thinking, strategic management, and innovation. However, from everything I’ve done from implementing an online apartment system, to building a team in financial services, and starting my own company, the most important skill I’ve learned is empowering your team.

It has always amazed me how inspiring your team and changing company culture, as Satya Nadella did with Microsoft, can empower people more than any money or benefits incentive can. When people feel autonomous and important they are greater creative thinkers, stronger problem solvers, and, most importantly, better team players.
